The workflow in detail
1) Online registration
Register online and submit your profiles.
In your profile, you can state what kind of expertise you have, what other competencies you are looking for, and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
All profiles will be published online for everyone to see. You can change your profile at any time.
Note: The better the quality of your profile, the more meeting requests you are likely to receive.
2) Selection of bilateral meetings
Booking of bilateral meetings
Check which cooperation profiles you find to be the most promising.
Within a few minutes, you should be able to identify future potential business partners.
Once you have found your most promising business partners, you can select them for bilateral meetings. You can add further meetings at any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle
"first come - first served". You can book meetings, and naturally also be booked by other participants.
Your meeting schedule
A few days before the event you will receive your meeting schedule (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). The schedule gives information about the time, the table number and who you are going
to meet.
You will receive the final version of your meeting schedule when you arrive at the event.
Confirm your participation
When you have meetings booked, the organizer needs to be sure that you will attend the event. Therefore, please confirm or cancel your participation once you are asked to confirm.
3) At the event
At the registration desk, you will receive the final version of your meeting schedule, including last-minute bookings. Enterprise Europe Network staff will be present all the time, ready to help out and answer questions.
4) After the event
Please note that by entering the matchmaking, you allow Enterprise Europe Network full insight into the outcome of your B2B meetings.
Your local network office may contact you after the event, to follow up on the progress of each meeting.
